Excellent trainers at a good price, delivered at a time when said

I have been buying my running shoes from Sportsshoes for almost 30 years and never had a complaint. I recently bought a pair of trail shoes which failed to come up to standard after only a few months’ wear. I was asked to use their returns method, which I did free of charge, so they could inspect the shoes. Unfortunately the returns method failed and after a couple of weeks of hearing nothing, I did make my thoughts known. The customer services’ staff were excellent and I am now waiting for a replacement pair of shoes whilst the ‘lost’ returned pair are being sought. I can’t thank Tom, Katy, Beth and Angela enough for their help in my issue. Well done guys and gals.

I had to return the shoes via in post as one of the options suggested by your firm - I asked for replacement shoes but had to chase up and it took 4 weeks - unfortunately the returns process didn’t work with in post saying they had returned them yet sports shoes hadn’t received them - ultimately I communicated with a no of different call advisers the last of which was really helpful and able to work to reach a solution- whilst the replacement shoes are great I feel the returns system did not work in a timely manner which would put me off buying again
